Yoga Cruise on the Bay Spirit
Join us for a 60 minute “Yoga Cruise”. Enjoy the beautiful morning breezes and the sights and sounds of Hyannis Harbor while practicing a slow, meditative yoga flow designed for all ages, bodies and levels. No Mat required. We will begin with seated poses on the Bay Spirit’s benches and move to the railings for our ‘supported’ standing postures. Our instructor, Cheryll, is a yogaspirit Certified Yoga Teacher and is excited to offer this yoga practice aboard Bay Spirit Tours. Family and friends who are not participating in the yoga class are welcomed aboard in a different area of the boat for a slow, quiet (as not to disturb the class) and peaceful early morning cruise in the harbor for 1/2 the price.

Check-In & Boarding
The Bay Spirit leaves from slip #1 at 180 Ocean St, Hyannis. That slip is directly across the street from the Black Cat Restaurant. Plan to park at the harbor 30 minutes before departure. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure.
You don’t need to print tickets. Just check in with your name and you will get boarding passes.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
If We Cancel
Each cruise requires a minimum of 6 passengers to depart. In extreme weather conditions, we may cancel. We do not consider rain extreme weather. If cruise is cancelled due to weather or too few passengers, your reservation will be refunded in full.
If You Cancel
If you need to cancel a reservation, you will receive a full refund, less a $3.00 cancellation fee, up to the day before departure at 5:00pm. On or after the date of departure, reservations are non-refundable. Please call to reschedule your trip for a future date.
Weather
It is our goal to provide our guests with an enjoyable experience. If weather conditions occur that will make the trip unacceptable for our guests, we will call the number you provide to cancel the tour. If this happens, we will try to put you on the first available excursion after the weather clears.
